1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing Qintela’s autonomous systems, RAG architectures, or bespoke automation software, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms. Use of the system constitutes acceptance of current operational parameters.
2. Scope of Service
Qintela provides enterprise-grade AI integration, including but not limited to:
- > Automated Intent Recognition
- > Proprietary RAG Pipelines
- > Omnichannel Bot Deployment
- > Custom ERP/CRM Sync
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, code frameworks, and architectural blueprints developed by Qintela remain our exclusive property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the deployed solutions within the agreed operational scope.
4. Liability Limits
Qintela is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system usage. Total liability is strictly capped at fees paid during the three (3) month period preceding any claim.
